<li> Tambahkan garam, aduk hingga rata.</li>
<li> Tambahkan minyak sayur dan mentega tawar, uleni hingga kalis.</li>
<li> Diamkan adonan selama sekitar 20 menit. Adonan siap digunakan.</li>

<li>3 butir telur</li>
<li>200 gram gula pasir</li>
<li>425 ml santan dari  butir kelapa</li>
<li>5 sendok makan air daun pandan suji (dari 4 lembar daun pandan + 5 lembar daun suji + 5 sendok makan air. Blender. Saring)</li>

<li>Campur terigu, adas manis, kapulaga, kayu manis, vanili. Aduk hingga rata. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Kocok telur dan gula hingga mengental. Masukkan campuran terigu, aduk rata kembali.</li>
<li>Tuang santan, aduk rata. Tambahkan air daun suji, aduk rata kembali.</li>
<li>Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang dengan diameter 20 cm yang telah diolesi mentega dan ditaburi terigu.</li>
<li>Oven 180 Celcius, 60 menit atau hingga matang.</li>
