		<description><![CDATA[ Bahan : Lobak putih  6 kg Cabe merah  10 batang (sesuai selera) Bahan Penyedap: Garam  300 gr Kecap asin 2 sm Gula 5 sm (sesuai selera) Minyak wijen  5 sm Cuka 1 mangkuk. Cara membuat : Lobak putih dicuci bersih, kemudian bersama kulitnya dirajang tipis-tipis, kemudian aduk rata dengan garam. Masukkan ke dalam kantongan plastik, lalu dipres (ditekan dengan benda berat ) selama 48 jam. Setelah itu kantong tersebut diberi beberapa lubang kecil, agar cairannya keluar hingga kering. Ulangi  proses ini sekali lagi. Setelah air garam keluar semua,  maka siap untuk diolah. Cabe merah dipotong-potong bentuk dadu. Masak bersama kecap asin, gula  dan minyak wijen dengan api kecil sambil diaduk merata. Matikan api, kemudian masukkan cuka putih, aduk rata. Setelah dingin, masukkan lobak yang sudah ditiriskan, aduk rata. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam botol, siap untuk dinikmati. Catatan : Legenda di kalangan rakyat Tiongkok mengatakan, “Musim dingin mengonsumsi lobak, musim panas mengonsumsi jahe, tidak usah merepotkan dokter membuka resep obat lagi.” Lobak mempunyai khasiat menambah nafsu makan, memperbaiki pencernaan, melancarkan buang air kecil, membersihkan dan menghilangkan racun dan panas dalam tubuh, memperbaiki sembelit, merawat dan mempercantik wajah, mempercepat  metabolisme, meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh  dan anti kanker . Lobak harganya murah dan bermanfaat untuk kesehatan. Boleh sering-sering mengonsumsinya. Meskipun telah diolah  menjadi asinan,  komposisi gizi yang terkandung di dalam lobak misalnya minyak mostar yang bisa menambah nafsu makan dan amylase yang berkhasiat memperbaiki pencernaan, masih  tetap terkandung dalamnya. Asinan lobak adalah makanan  bersifat basa, kaya serat, dan rendah kalori. Orang zaman moderen cenderung menyukai makanan bersifat asam (daging, karbohidrat), dan pada umumnya sangat kurang mengonsumsi makanan berserat, maka itu setelah mengonsumsi banyak ikan dan daging, jangan lupa banyak mengonsumsi lobak asinan! Jadinya enak banget, meprel dan krenyes-krenyes karena ada almond bubuk didalam adonannya. Kalau masih kesulitan menggulung, anda boleh gunakan cara lain yaitu dilipat dua kali seperti melipat sapu tangan, mudah sekali.</em>
<p><strong>Bahan A:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3 btr     kuning telur</li>
<li>4 btr     telur utuh</li>
<li>75 gr    gula pasir</li>
<li>5 gr      emulsifier</li>
<li>1 sdt     vanilli </li>

<p><strong>Bahan B:<br /></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>50 gr    tepung terigu</li>
<li>50 gr    almond bubuk</li>
<li>1 sdm   tepung sagu</li>

<p><strong>Bahan C:<br /></strong></p>

<li>60 gr    mentega, leleh</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Cara membuatnya:</em></p>
<ol>
<li>Kocok bahan A sampai kental, masukkan bahan B, aduk rata.  </li>
<li>Tuangi bahan C, aduk balik hingga rata.  </li>
<li>Panaskan cetakan kue semprong/eggroll, buka, beri 1 sdm adonan ditengahnya, lalu segera tutup. Biarkan lebih kurang 3 s/d 5 menit hingga matang. </li>
<li>Buka cetakan, gulung kue dengan bantuin sumpit.<br />Biarkan dingin dan mengeras, lepaskan dari sumpit.</li>
