<li>1      ekor ayam broiler, potong 4</li>
<li>1      butir jeruk nipis, ambil airnya</li>
<li>1      sdt garam</li>
<li>300      ml santan kental</li>
<li>400      ml santan sedang</li>
<li>1      batang kayu manis</li>
<li>4      buah cengkih</li>
<li>5      lembar daun jeruk</li>
<li>      lembar daun kunyit</li>
<li>2      batang serai</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Haluskan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>4      siung bawang putih</li>
<li>6      butir bawang merah</li>
<li>6      buah cabai merah</li>
<li>      sdt merica</li>
<li>      sdt jinten</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Ayam Bakar Padang:</strong></p>

<li>Llumuri ayam dengan air jeruk nipisdan      garam, diamkan selama 15 menit. Cuci kembali sampai bersih, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Tumis bumbu halus kayu manis, cengkih,      daun jeruk, kunyit dan serai sampai harum dan matang. Masukkan ayam,      aduk-aduk sampai ayam berubah warna. Tuang santan, masak dengan api kecil      sampai santan berkurang.</li>
<li>Tambahkan santan kental, masak sampai      kuah mengering. Angkat.</li>
<li>Lumuri ayam dengan bumbu. Bakar sampai      ayam berwarna kecokelatan. Angkat.</li>
</ol>

<li>2      butir jeruk nipis, ambil airnya</li>
<li>1      sdt garam</li>
<li>      sdt merica hitam bubuk</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat resep Masakan Papaya Salad:</strong></p>

<li>350      gram semangka</li>
<li>350      ml melon</li>
<li>200      gram jeruk mandarin kalengan, tiriskan</li>
<li>1      liter sari jeruk manis</li>
<li>500      ml soda manis</li>
<li>Es      batu secukupnya</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Es Buah Ceria:</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>Potong-potong apel (tanpa dikupas)      seukuran dadu. Aduk bersama air jeruk lemon. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Cetak semangka dan melon menggunakan      baler. Satukan bersama apel dan jeruk mandarin. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Campur sari jeruk bersama soda manis.      Masukkan aneka buah ke dalamnya. Diamkan selama 1 jam. Sajikan bersama es      batu.</li>

<p><strong>Bahan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>125      gram tepung terigu</li>
<li>12,5      gram susu bubuk</li>
<li>750      gram mentega</li>
<li>750      gram gula halus</li>
<li>2      kuning telur</li>
<li>1/8      sdt vanili bubuk</li>
<li>1      sdm cappucino instan</li>
<li>1      sdm cappucino instan, untuk taburan</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Cappucino Cookies:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Ayak tepung terigu dan susu bubuk,      aduk rata. Sisihkan. Kocok mentega dan gula halus sampai gula larut.</li>
<li>Tambahkan telur satu per satu sambil      terus dikocok. Masukkan campuran tepung, vanili dan cappucino instan. Aduk      sampai tercampur rata.</li>
<li>Gilas adonan, lalu cetak menggunakan      cetakan kue kering. Tempelkan salah satu permukaannya ke cappucino instan,      lalu letakkan di atas loyang yang sudah diolesi margarin.</li>
<li>Panggang kue dengan oven bersuhu 160C      selama 25 menit angkat. Biarkan sampai kue dingin, lalu simpan dalam      stoples.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Hasil 900 gram</strong></p>

<li>1      ekor ayam negeri, bersihkan</li>
<li>2      sdm minyak untuk menumis</li>
<li>1      batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya, iris tipis</li>
<li>250      ml santan kental</li>
<li>2      sdm kecap ikan</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Haluskan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>1      butir bawang Bombay, cincang halus</li>
<li>3      siung bawang putih, cicang halus</li>
<li>100      gram kacang tanah, sangrai sampai matang</li>
<li>1      sdt terasi, baker</li>
<li>4      buah cabai merah besar</li>
<li>1      sdt meraca butir</li>
<li>1      sdm gula pasir</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Ayam Panggang Saus Kacang (Thailand):</strong></p>

<li>Belah dada ayam, tetapi tidak putus,      lalu tekan kuat-kuat sampai terbuka (bekakak). Taruh ayam dalam pinggan      tahan panas.</li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven panas 180C sampai      matang.</li>
<li>Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan bersama      serai sampai harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan santan, aduk sampai mendidih.      Beri kecap ikan, lalu masukkan ayam panggang sambil olesi dengan tumisan      bumbu. Masak sampai bumbu meresap.</li>
<li>Panggang sampai matang. Angkat.      Sajikan dengan irisan cabai merah dan daun ketumbar.</li>

<li>Masak beras bersama air, jahe dan      serai. Aduk sampai matang. Angkat, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih      dan bawang Bombay.      Masukkan udang, cumi dan kakap. Aduk sampai berubah warna. Tambahkan saus      tiram, kecap manis, merica bubuk, garam, gula pasir dan penyedap jika      suka. Masak sampai matang. Angkat.</li>
<li>Tuang bubur ke dalam mangkuk, lalu      beri tumisan, irisan daun bawang, kaldu ayam, kecap manis, kerupuk udang      dan sambal.</li>

<li>1      sdt garam</li>
<li>100      ml air</li>
<li>Minyak      secukupnya, untuk menumis dan menggoreng</li>

<p><strong>Bumbu:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>6      buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya</li>
<li>6      butir bawang merah</li>
<li>4      siung bawang putih</li>
<li>3      cm jahe</li>
<li>3      sdm kecap manis</li>
<li>1      sdt gula pasir</li>
<li>1      sdt garam</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Dendeng Bumbu Bali (Bali):</strong></p>

<li>Siangi ikan bandeng, potong menjadi 4 bagian, cuci bersih. Lumuri dengan air jeruk nipis dan garam, biarkan selama 20 menit. Goreng ikan bandeng hingga matang, angkat, tiriskan.</li>
<li>Haluskan cabai merah, bawang merah, bawang putih dan jahe, lalu tumis hingga harum dan matang. Tambahkan kecap manis, gula, garam dan air. Aduk rata hingga kuah mengental.</li>
<li>Masukkan ikan bandeng goreng, masak sebentar sambil di aduk rata. Angkat, sajikan.</li>

<li>Lumuri bebek dengan air jeruk nipis      dan garam. Diamkan selama 15 menit, cuci kembali. Tiriskan.</li>
<li>Goreng bebek sampai kunign      kecokelatan, angkat sisihkan. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih, bawang Bombay sampai harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan cabai rawit, bawang merah dan      tomat. Tambahkan merica, garam, gula pasir dan penyedap jika suka. Aduk      sampai matang. Angkat.</li>

<li>100      ml air (untuk merendam apel)</li>
<li>1      liter air</li>
<li>250      gram gula pasir</li>
<li>5      cm kayu manis</li>
<li>2      sdm selai stroberi</li>
<li>5      sdm selai kacang</li>
<li>Es      batu secukupnya</li>
<li>Es      krim vanilla secukupnya</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara membuat Resep Masakan Es Apel Fantastis:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Kupas apel, lalu potong-potong ukuran      dadu. Rendam apel dalam larutan air garam. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Didihkan air, gula pasir dan kayu      manis. Angkat lalu saring. Didihkan kembali air gulanya.</li>
<li>Tiriskan apel, lalu masukkan ke dalam      rebusan air gula. Kecilkan api. Masak sebentar kemudian angkat dan      dinginkan.</li>
<li>Blender air gula, apel rebus, selai      stroberi, selai kacang dan es batu sampai kental.</li>
<li>Tuang ke dalam gelas saji, kemudian      beri beberapa sendok es krim vanilla.</li>
