<p><strong>Bahan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>250      gram daging kambing</li>
<li>Minyak      secukupnya, untuk menggoreng</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>1      sdm ketumbar, sangrai</li>
<li>75      gram cabai merah kriting</li>
<li>100      gram lengkuas, parut</li>
<li>      sdt garam</li>
<li>3      sdm irisan gula merah</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Dendeng Kambing Manis Pedas:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Buang lemak dan urat yang ada pada      daging kambing, cuci bersih. Iris tipis melebar melintang serat, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Haluskan semua bahan bumbu. Lumuri      irisan daging kambing dengan bumbu satu per satu. Tumpuk di dalam mangkuk      kaca atau baskom. Biarkan selama 4 jam agar bumbu meresap. Jemu dibawah      terik matahari atau panggang di dalam oven hingga kering, angkat,      dinginkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak di dalam wajan. Goreng      dendeng kambing dengan api kecil hingga kecokelatan, angkat, sajikan.</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>Tip: </strong>agar tidak gosong, menggoreng daging sebaiknya sebentar saja dan api yang digunakan harus kecil.</p>

<p><span></span>Sebelum Sate Buntel dibakar jangan lupa untuk membuat guratan sekitar buntelan daging agar saat dibakar matangnya merata. Selamat mencoba resep masakan Sate Buntel untuk 12 tusuk ini.</p>
<p><strong>Bahan Sate Buntel :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Daging kambing cincang, 350 gram</li>
<li> Lemak jala kambing, 100 gram</li>
<li> Margarin, 2 sendok makan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bumbu halus :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Bawang merah, 7 butir</li>
<li> Bawang putih, 3 siung</li>
<li> Ketumbar, 1 sendok teh, sangrai</li>
<li> Merica, 1/2 sendok teh,</li>
<li> Air asam jawa, 1/3 sendok teh</li>
<li> Garam, secukupnya</li>
<li> Gula pasir, 1/2 sendok teh</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Sambal Kecap :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Cabai rawit, 5 buah, iris tipis</li>
<li> Bawang merah, 5 butir,iris tipis</li>
<li> Kecap manis, 5 sendok makan</li>
<li> Kecap asin, 1 sendok makan</li>
<li> Jeruk limau, 2 buah, ambil airnya</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara memasak Sate Buntel :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li> Panaskan margarin, tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, angkat.</li>
<li> Campur bumbu halus dengan daging kambing. Aduk hingga rata.</li>
<li> Bagi adonan menjadi 12 bagian, bentuk adonan bulat lonjong.</li>
<li> Tusuk masing-masing bulatan daging dengan tusuk sate. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.</li>
<li> Potong lemak jala kambing ukuran 55 cm. Bungkus tiap adonan dengan selembar lemak jala.</li>
<li> Panggang / bakar sate di atas bara api / arang hingga matang dan berwarna kecokelatan. Balikkan sate agar rata matangnya. Angkat.</li>
<li> Sambal kecap : campur semua bahan, aduk hingga rata.</li>
<li> Sajikan hangat sate buntel dengan sambal kecap.</li>

<li>1 ruas jari kunyit</li>
<li> ruas jari lengkuas</li>
<li> sendok teh jinten, sangrai</li>

<li> ruas jari jahe</li>
<li>2 sendok teh ketumbar</li>
<li>1 sendok teh asam jawa</li>
<li>6 siung bawang merah</li>
<li>1 sendok teh garam</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Sate Daging Bumbu Kelapa:</strong></p>

<p><strong>Bumbu Halus :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Bawang merah, 4 butir</li>
<li> Bawang putih, 2 siung</li>
<li> Cabai merah, 2 buah</li>
<li> Cabai rawit, 4  6 buah</li>
<li> Kemiri, 2 butir</li>
<li> Garam, secukupnya</li>
<li> Gula merah, secukupnya</li>

<p><strong>Cara membuat Sate Bakso Bumbu Merah :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li> Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, daun salam, daun jeruk, lengkuas dan serai hingga harum.</li>
<li> Tuang santan, masak hingga mendidih sambil diaduk agar tidak pecah.</li>
<li> Masukkan bakso udang dan air asam, aduk rata. Masak hingga bumbu meresap dan kuah menyusut. Angkat.</li>
<li> Ambil 1 buah tusuk sate, tusukkan 3 buah bakso. Lakukan hingga bakso habis.</li>
<li> Bakar bakso di atas bara yang menyala sambil dioles bumbu dan margarin, angkat.</li>
<li> Sajikan hangat.</li>
</ol>
<p>Untuk 8 tusuk Sate Bakso Bumbu Merah</p>
<p><strong>Tips Sate Bakso Bumbu Merah :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> Jika tidak suka pedas, cabai rawit bisa dikurangi.</li>
<li> Kalau tidak suka terlalu banyak bumbu, bakso tidak perlu dimasukkan ke dalam bumbu. Cukup dioleskan saja berulang selama proses membakar bergantian dengan margarin.</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Sate Tempe Rangkayo Hitam:</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan, masukkan daun salam dan daun jeruk.</li>
<li>Kemudian masukkan santan dan kecap manis, masukkan tempe ke dalam santan, bubuhkan garam, lalu pisahkan tempe dari santannya.</li>
<li>Tusuk tempe dengan tusuk satu, kemudian bakar atau panggang sebentar.</li>
<li>Kentalkan sisa santan berbumbu sampai berminyak. Masukkan ke dalam mangkok kecil untuk dihidangkan bersama sate tempenya.</li>
<li>Beri perasan jeruk limau dan taburkan bawang goreng.</li>

<li>500 gram daging kambing muda, potong-potong 23 cm</li>
<li>1 buah paprika hijau, potong sesuai daging</li>
<li>1 buah paprika merah, potong sesuai daging</li>
<li>1 buah bawang Bombay, potong sesuai daging</li>
<li>3 butir kapulaga</li>
<li>1 sendok teh jintan</li>
<li>1 sendok teh lada butiran</li>
<li>3 butir cengkih</li>
<li>10 butir adas</li>
<li>1 sendok teh garam</li>
<li>1 sendok teh gula pasir</li>
<li>100 ml minyak sayur</li>
<li>3buah jeruk nipis, ambil airnya</li>
<li>Tusuk sate</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Sate Kebab:</strong></p>
<p><span></span><strong></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Sangrai kapulaga, jintan, lada, cengkih dan adas smp harum, haluskan bersama garam dan gula pasir.</li>
<li>Campur potongan daging kambing dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan, tambahkan minyak sayur, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan paprika hijau, paprika merah, bawang Bombay dan air jeruk nipis, aduk rata lalu diamkan selama 15 menit agar bumbu meresap.</li>
<li>Ambil tusuk sate, tusukkan selang-seling daging, paprika hijau, paprika merah dan bawang Bombay.</li>
<li>Panggang sate kebab di atas bara arang sambil dibolak-balik dan diolesi sisa bumbu. Hidangkan dengan sambal botol.</li>
</ol>

<li>Jahe 2 cm</li>

<p><strong>Cara memasak Sate Jantung Bumbu Gulai :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus dan serai hingga harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan jantung ayam, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang santan, cengkih, kayu manis, daun kunyit, gram dan air asam. Masak sambil sesekali diaduk hingga jantung matang dan santan menyusut. Angkat.</li>
<li>Tusuk 3 buah jantung dengan tusuk sate.</li>
<li>Bakar jantung sambil sesekali dioles bumbu gulainya hingga matang, angkat.</li>
<li>Sajikan.</li>
