<p><strong>Bahan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>500      gram tepung beras</li>
<li>1      sdt garam</li>
<li>2      lembar daun pandan</li>
<li>1      sdt pasta pandan</li>
<li>2,5      liter santan dari 1 butir kelapa</li>
<li>Es      batu secukupnya</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Saus Gula: </strong></p>
<ol>
<li>250      gram gula merah</li>
<li>100      ml gram gula pasir</li>
<li>400      ml air</li>
<li>      sdt maizena, larutkan dengan 3 sdm air</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Saus Santan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>500      ml santan kental</li>
<li>      sdt garam</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Bubur Lemu (Jawa barat):</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Larutkan tepung beras dengan santan,      aduk rata. Tambahkan garam, daun pandan dan pasta pandan. Didihkan di atas      api kecil sambildiaduk-aduk sampai bubur kental dan matang. Angkat,      dinginkan.</li>
<li><strong>Saus      Gula: </strong>campur gula merah, gula pasir dan air.      Rebus sampai mendidih dan gula larut. Tuang larutan maizena      sedikit-sedikit sambil terus di aduk, angkat.</li>
<li><strong>Saus      Santan:</strong> Campur santan dan garam. Rebus sampai      mendidih sambil diaduk-aduk. Angkat, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Ambil bubur lemu dengan menggunakan      pisau (membentuk lembaran tebal). Masukan dalam mangkuk. Siram dengan saus      gula dan saus santan. Tambahkan es batu, sajikan dingin.</li>
