<p><strong><em>CARA MEMASAK:</em></strong></p>

<li>Kocok mentega dan gula sampai lembut. Masukkan telur, dan sirup markisa (mixer dalam keadaan off).</li>
<li>Masukkan terigu, nanas yang sudah diserut, dan kacang. Aduk sampai rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan ke dalam plastik segitiga, untuk kemudian dicetak ke dalam loyang.</li>

<li>Taoge direbus</li>
<li>Bawang merah goreng</li>
<li>Daun bawang potong halus</li>

<p><strong>Bumbu:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>3 siung bawang putih haluskan</li>
<li>1 buah bawang bombai dipotong-potong</li>
<li>2 cm jahe</li>
<li>3 sendok makan kecap asin</li>
<li>Garam, merica</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Mi Soto Jamur:</strong></p>

<li>Didihkan ayam dengan 2  liter air untuk membuah kaldu, setelah didih ayam matang, matikan api. Biarkan ayam di dalam kaldu  jam, angkat ayam, suwir-suwir.</li>
<li>Tumis bawang putih, jahe dan bawang bombai sampai harum dengan mentega, masukkan ke dalam kaldu, didihkan kembali tambahkan jamur. Masak sampai mendidih tambahkan garam, merica, kecap asin.</li>
<li>Sajikan dengan susun dalam mangkuk, mi sayuran, ayam suwir, beri kuah jamur, taburi bawang goreng dan daun bawang.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Sambal:</strong></p>
<p>Cabai merah besar 1 buah iris tipis tambahkan kecap asin 2 sendok makan.</p>

<li>Rebus kangkung, taoge dan kecipir hingga matang, angkat.</li>
<li>Potong-potong ketimun, bengkuang, mangga muda, tempe goreng, tahu goreng dan cingur, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Buat bumbu rujak petis: haluskan cabai, terasi, kacang tanah goreng dan petis sampai tercampur rata. Masukkan parutan pisang batu, asam dan air matang, haluskan lagi.</li>
<li>Cara Menghidangkan: campurkan bumbu rujak petis dengan sayuran rebus, buah-buahan, tepe goreng, tahu dan cingur. Aduk sampai rata. Hidangkan bersama nasi lontong ketupat.</li>
<li>Catatan: Campur bumbu rujak pertis dengan sayuran, tahu, temped an buah-buahan.</li>

<li>2 lembar daun rowo keling kambing</li>

<p><strong>Bumbu yang dihaluskan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>5 buah kemiri</li>
<li> sendok teh ketumbar</li>
<li> ons bawang putih</li>
<li> ons bawang merah</li>
<li>2 cm kunyit</li>
<li>2 cm jahe</li>
<li> sendok teh pala</li>
<li>5 buah cengkih</li>
<li> sendok teh kayu manis</li>
<li>4 cm lengkuas, memarkan</li>
<li>4 lembar daun salam</li>
<li>1 batang serai</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Gulai Kikil Kambing:</strong></p>

<li>Haluskan semua bumbu kecuali lengkuas, daun salam dan serai.</li>
<li>Tumis bumbu yang telah dihaluskan sampai berbau harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan serai, daun salam dan lengkuas bersama kikil, jeroan kambing dan daun rowo keeling ke dalam panci presto.</li>
<li>Masukkan santan encer dan masak selama 15 menit.</li>
<li>Masakan siap dihidangkan bersama irisan tomat dan kecap.</li>
