<li>1      ruas lengkuas, memarkan</li>
<li>Minyak      untuk menggoreng secukupnya</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Haluskan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>1      butir bawang bombay</li>
<li>6      siung bawang putih</li>
<li>2      sdt garam</li>
<li>1      sdt merica hitam</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat resep Masakan Bebek Bumbu Itali:</strong></p>

<ol>
<li>Lumuri bebek dengan air jeruk nipis,      diamkan selama 15 menit. Bilas dengan air, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus.      Tuang air kelapa, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan daun salam, lengkuas dan      bebek. Masak bebek sampai empuk, tiriskan.</li>
<li>Goreng bebek sampai kecokelatan.      Sajikan dengan sambal tomat.</li>

Masukkan ayam, masak hingga berubah warna. Masukkan papaya, kacang panjang, petai. Aduk rata. 2.     Tuang santan encer, masak hingga mendidih. Tambahkan garam, gula, santan kental. Masak hingga matang, angkat. 3.     Potong-potong lontong, masukkan ke dalam mangkuk saji. Tuang sayur ayam kuah ebi. Taburi dengan bawang goreng. Sajikan.
