<li>      sdt garam</li>
<li>      sdt merica bubuk</li>
<li>Minyak      untuk menggoreng</li>
<li>200      gram bihun instan, seduh sebentar, tiriskan</li>
<li>4      siung bawang putih, cincang halus</li>
<li>1      buah cabai merah besar, iris halus</li>
<li>1      buah wortel besar, iris memanjang halus</li>
<li>75      gram tauge</li>
<li>75      gram mentimun, iris memanjang halus</li>
<li>20      gram jamur kuping, iris memanjang</li>
<li>2      sdm kecap ikan</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Bihun Goreng Kakap:</strong></p>

<li>Lumuri kakap dengan air jeruk, garam      dan merica bubuk. Diamkan selama 20 menit. Panaskan minyak, goreng kakap      sampai matang. Angkat, tiriskan.</li>
<li>Tumis bawang putih sampai harum, lalu      tambahkan cabai merah, wortel, taoge dan mentimun. Tuang air, masak sampai      air meresap habis.</li>
<li>Masukkan bihun dan kakap goreng. Aduk,      beri kecap ikan, garam, merica, gula dan kaldu instan. Masak sampai      matang, angkat. Sajikan panas dengan taburan daun bawang dan seledri.</li>
