<li>Minyak ntuk menumis</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bumbu :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>50 ml Mirin</li>
<li>50 ml Kecap manis</li>
<li>1 sdm Gula merah</li>
<li>60 ml Air jeruk nipis</li>
<li>2 siung Bawang putih, digeprek</li>
<li>1 sdt Jahe, dicincang</li>
<li>1/2 sdt Minyak wijen</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Campur semua bumbu dalam wadah. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan irisan daging sapi, biarkan selama 2 jam di dalam lemari es</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu</li>
<li>Masukkan daging dengan semua bumbu. Aduk rata, masak hingga matang. Angkat</li>
<li>Taburi dengan wijen dan sajikan.</li>

<li>Mi telur kering atau indomie rebus beri sedikit minyak</li>
<li> ekor ayam</li>
<li>1 kaleng jamur kancing kalengan potong 2</li>
<li>Sawi hijau rebus</li>
<li>Taoge direbus</li>
<li>Bawang merah goreng</li>
<li>Daun bawang potong halus</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>3 siung bawang putih haluskan</li>
<li>1 buah bawang bombai dipotong-potong</li>
<li>2 cm jahe</li>
<li>3 sendok makan kecap asin</li>
<li>Garam, merica</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Mi Soto Jamur:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Didihkan ayam dengan 2  liter air untuk membuah kaldu, setelah didih ayam matang, matikan api. Biarkan ayam di dalam kaldu  jam, angkat ayam, suwir-suwir.</li>
<li>Tumis bawang putih, jahe dan bawang bombai sampai harum dengan mentega, masukkan ke dalam kaldu, didihkan kembali tambahkan jamur. Masak sampai mendidih tambahkan garam, merica, kecap asin.</li>
<li>Sajikan dengan susun dalam mangkuk, mi sayuran, ayam suwir, beri kuah jamur, taburi bawang goreng dan daun bawang.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Sambal:</strong></p>
<p>Cabai merah besar 1 buah iris tipis tambahkan kecap asin 2 sendok makan.</p>

<li>500 gram nangka muda merah</li>
<li>50 gram daun singkong</li>
<li>8 lembar daun jati</li>
<li>5 buah cakar ayah</li>
<li>500 ml santan dari  butir kelapa</li>
<li>3 lembar daun salam</li>
<li>2 cm lengkuas</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu halus:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>10 butir besar (<span>+</span> 60 gram) bawang merah</li>
<li>2 siung bawang putih</li>
<li> sendok makan ketumbar</li>
<li>1 sendok teh garam</li>
<li>100 gram gula merah sisir</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Areh:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>750 ml santan kental</li>
<li>1 sendok teh garam</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Gudeg:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Olesi pisau dengan minyak goreng. Kupas nangka dan bersihkan getahnya, lalu cacah kasar. Rebus daun singkong hingga setengah matang, tiriskan, peras airnya.</li>
<li>Tutup rata dasar panci dengan 6 lembar daun jati. Masukkan nangka muda dan cakar ayam ke dalam panci. Tuang santan cair, masukkan bumbu halus, daun salam, lengkuas dan daun singkong.</li>
<li>Tutup bagian atasnya dengan 2 lembar daun jati, lalu tutup panci. Masak dengan api sedang sampai mendidih, lalu kecilkan api. Masak <span>+</span> 6 jam atau sampai nangka berwarna kecokelat-cokelatan sambil sesekali di aduk. (jika suka, masak terus hingga gudeg kering sesuai selera).</li>
<li>Areh: campur garam dengan santan kental. Masak dengan api kecil <span>+</span> 30 menit hingga areh berminyak dan mengental. Yuang ke atas gudeg yang sudah matang.</li>
<li>Sajikan dengan sambal krecek, opor campur dan sambal terasi goreng.</li>
</ol>

<p><strong>Tips:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Warna merah gudeg diperoleh dari pemilihan nangka yang tepat serta cara memasak yang lama dengan api kecil. Atau, gunakan daun jati. Jika sulit diperoleh, manfaatkan air rebusan kacang merah kering. Untuk 500 gram nangka muda, rebus 200 gram kacang merah kering dengan 500 ml air. Masak hingga air tinggal <span>+</span> 300 ml. Masukkan air rebusan ke dalam panci nangka.</li>
<li>Untuk memudahkan Anda membuat areh, tempatkan campuran santan dan garam ke dalam mangkuk tahan panas. Pada saat memasak nasi, masukkan mangkuk di samping atau di atas beras aron kukus bersama-sama hingga areh kental.</li>

<li>3 cm lengkuas, dimemarkan</li>

<li>3 sendok makan taoco</li>
<li>300 ml kaldu</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya</li>
<li>2 tangkai daun bawang, dipotong-potong</li>

<li>Tambahkan cabai hijau, cabai merah, salam dan lengkuas. Aduk-aduk sampai layu.</li>
<li>Masukkan tomat. Aduk layu.</li>
<li>Masukkan udang. Aduk sampai berubah warna.</li>
<li>Tambahkan taoco. Aduk sebentar. Tuang kaldu dan garam. Aduk sampai mendidih.</li>
<li>Masukkan daun bawang. Biarkan sebentar lalu angkat. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.</li>

<li> sendok makan pala bubuk</li>

<p>(Semua bahan di atas dicampur dan di aduk rata)</p>

<li>2 butir telur</li>
<li>3 sendok makan air</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya</li>
<li>1 dada ayam, rebus, dagingnya disuwir</li>
<li>3 buah wortel, potong melintang</li>
<li>100 gram kentang bulat kecil, kupas</li>
<li> Garam, merica secukupnya</li>
<li>1 sendok makan pala bubuk</li>
<li>1 tangkai seledri, ikat</li>
<li>1 tangkai daun bawang, potong 1 cm</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Jagung Gulung Kuah Bening:</strong></p>

<li>Kocok telur dan garam. Tambahkan 3 sendok makan air. Dadar jadi 2 lembar.</li>
<li>Lebarkan selebar telur dadar. Beri sebagian adonan ayam di atasnya. Gulung.</li>
<li>Bungkus dengan plastic. Lakukan hal yang sama dengan dadaran yang satu.</li>
<li>Kukus selama 20 menit, iris.</li>
<li>Rebus air mendidih. Masukkan wortel, kentang, daun seledri, daun bawang, masak hingga matang.</li>
<li> Masukkan irisan ayam gulung, ayam suwir, garam, merica, pala bubuk. Masak 5 menit hingga mendidih.</li>
<li>Angkat. Hidangkan.</li>

<li> Kg udang ukuran sedang buang kepala, belah punggungnya.</li>
<li>1 tangkai petai, belah 2</li>
<li>2 buah cabai merah besar iris miring</li>
<li>3 lembar daun jeruk</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu dihaluskan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>10 buah cabai merah</li>
<li>1 buah cabai merah besar</li>
<li>5 siung bawang merah</li>
<li> buah tomat</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Udang Sambal Pete:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Tumis bumbu halus dengan minyak api sedang sampai wangi, masukkan petai, udang. Aduk-aduk sampai udang berubah warna.</li>
<li>Masukkan daun jeruk dan cabai merah irisan. Tambahkan sedikit air. Tutup api kecil sampai bumbu mengental dan matang.</li>
<li>Angkat, sajikan dengan nasi hangat.</li>

<ol>
<li>1 Kg daging, bagian paha / gandik</li>
<li>2  liter santan, dari 2 butir kelapa</li>
<li> jari lengkuas, dimemarkan</li>
<li>1 batang serai, dimemarkan</li>
<li>1 lembar daun kunyit</li>
<li>Asam kandis (jawa)</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu dihaluskan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>20 siung bawang merah</li>
<li>6 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>1 cm kunyit, jahe</li>
<li>300 gram cabai merah, dihaluskan</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Daging Rendang:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Potong-potong daging berbentuk persegi 4 x 4 tebal 2  cm.</li>
<li>Ambil wajan dan letakkan potongan daging, bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan tadi. Tuangkan santan ke dalamnya, kemudian lengkuas, serai, daun kunyit dan asam jawa.</li>
<li>Masak di atas api sedang sambil diaduk-aduk sampai mendidih dan santan mengental. Setelah itu kecilkan api, aduk dan masak terus sampai santannya mongering dan warnanya kecokelatan. Memasaknya selama 3  jam.</li>
<li>Untuk membuat santan, pilihlah kelapa yang kering dan jangan dibuang kulitnya (jangan dikupas) supaya santan banyak mengeluarkan minyak.</li>
