<p><span></span>Salah satu bahan pendamping bakso adalah mie, umumnya orang hanya mengenal sebutan mie kuning atau mie putih. Namun bila diteliti kembali ada beberapa macam mie yang cocok digunakan sebagai bahan pendamping bakso kuah.</p>
<p><strong>Mie Kuning atau Mie Telur :<br /></strong>Mie ini terbuat dari tepung terigu. Warnanya kuning dengan beragam bentuk dan tekstur, ada mie kering, basah, keriting dan juga pipih.</p>
<p><strong>Bihun : </strong><br />
Terbuat dari tepung beras dan berwarna putih. Biasanya dijual dalam bentuk kering dan dikemas.</p>
<p><strong>Soun : </strong><br />
Sepintas tekstur soun tidak berbeda jauh dengan bihun, namun memiliki kelebihan daripada bihun. Teksturnya lebih kenyal sehingga tidak mudah hancur.</p>
<p><strong>Kuetiau :</strong><br />
Mie ini juga terbuat dari tepung beras, tetapi bentuknya lebih lebar dan pipih. Kuetiau berasal dari china utara.</p>

<li>8 batang caisim, potong-potong</li>
<li>150 gram kuetiau kering</li>
<li>2 sendok makan minyak goreng</li>
<li>375 gram dada ayam fillet, potong panjang tipis</li>
<li>2-3 siung bawang putih, memarkan</li>
<li>5 cm jahe, kupas, iris-iris</li>

<li>Rendam kuetiau dalam air mendidih 5-8 menit atau hingga empuk. Tiriskan. Potong pendek dengan gunting.</li>
<li><strong>Saus: </strong>campur maizena dan soy sauce dalam mangkuk kecil hingga rata. Masukkan saus tiram, gula merah, minyak wijen, air. Aduk-aduk, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, rumis bawang putih, jahe, daun bawang, ayam. Aduk rata, masak hingga ayam matang, angkat, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Masukkan bok choy, caisim, minyak wijen. Masak dua menit hingga sayuran layu, angkat, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Tuang saus ke wajan, masak hingga saus agak kental. Masukkan ayam, sayuran, kuetiau, taoge. Aduk rata, angkat.</li>
<li>Hidangkan.</li>
</ol>

<li>1 buah bawang bombay, cincang halus</li>

<li>2 sendok makan saus sambal</li>
<li>3 butir telur, kocok lepas</li>
<li>200 ml santan dari  butir kelapa</li>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Kuetiau Panggang Kacang Polong:</strong></p>

<li>Panaskan margarine, tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih hingga harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan daging giling, masak hingga berubah warna. Masukkan oregano, gula pasir, garam, merica bubuk. Aduk rata, angkat.</li>
<li>Campur dalam satu wadah: kuetiau, tumisan daging, saus tomat, saus sambal, telur, santan. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan kacang polong, aduk rata kembali.</li>
<li>Siapkan pinggan tahan panas, olesi dengan margarine. Tuang adonan, taburi dengan keju parut.</li>
<li>Oven 180 Celcius, 45 menit atau hingga matang.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Hasil: 10 Porsi</strong></p>

<p><strong><span>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Kuetiau Goreng Bumbu Taosi:</span></strong></p>

<p><span><span>1.<span> </span></span></span><span>Panaskan separuh minyak. Tumis bawang bombay, bawang putih, jahe, campuran paprika, aduk-aduk. Angkat. Sisihkan.</span></p>
<p><span><span>2.<span> </span></span></span><span>Panaskan sisa minyak. Masukkan irisan daging sapi, taosi. Aduk-aduk, masak dengan api besar hingga daging matang.</span></p>
<p><span><span>3.<span> </span></span></span><span>Campur soy sauce, saus tiram, saus cabai taosi dengan maizena dan air. Aduk-aduk. Tuang wajan. Masukkan campuran bawang. Aduk-aduk.</span></p>
<p><span><span>4.<span> </span></span></span><span>Masukkan kuetiau. Aduk rata dengan api sedang sampai kuetiau panas. Tambahkan bumbu jika perlu.</span></p>

<p><span><span>1.<span> </span></span></span><span>Campur jahe, konyaku, light soy sauce, 1 sendok makan minyak dalam mangkuk. Diamkan 10 menit. Tiriskan, simpan bumbunya.</span></p>
<p><span><span>2.<span> </span></span></span><span>Panaskan 1 sendok minyak. Tumis bawang putih beberapa detik. Aduk-aduk. Angkat, sisihkan.</span></p>
<p><span><span>3.<span> </span></span></span><span>Panaskan sisa minyak, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu berwarna kecokelatan. Tambahkan tahu, cabai, aduk-aduk sebentar. Masukkan kuetiau. Masak dengan api sedang. Aduk rata.</span></p>
<p><span><span>4.<span> </span></span></span><span>Masukkan taoge, kembang bawang, kacang tanah halus (sisakan sedikit untuk garnish). Aduk rata. Masukkan konyaku, udang, darksoy sauce, dan sisa bumbu perendam.</span></p>
<p><span><span>5.<span> </span></span></span><span>Segera sajikan dengan taburan sisa kacang tanah, daun ketumbar dan jeruk lemon.</span></p>
