<li>100 gram Kismis,cincang kasar</li>
<li>2 sdt Vanili cair</li>
<li>Secukupnya Simpel sirup hijau</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>CARA MEMBUAT:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Campur susu <em>full cream</em>,air,dan garam.Aduk hingga susu larut dan tercampur rata.</li>
<li>Tambahkan gula pasir dan vanili cair .Rebus di atas api kecil sambil diaduk terus agar adonan tercampur rata dan mendidih.Angkat ,dinginkan.</li>
<li>Campur susu dengan alpukat.Masukkan dalam <em>blender</em>,proses hingga lembut.</li>
<li>Dinginkan adonan dalam <em>freezer</em> selama 30 menit.Keluarkan dari <em>freezer</em>,tambahkan kismis,lalu <em>mixer</em> selama 7 menit.</li>
<li>Dinginkan kembali adonan selama 20 menit,keluarkan dan <em>mixer</em> kembali selama 7 menit.</li>
<li>Simpan adonan dalam <em>freezer</em> hingga membeku dan keras.Sajikan dengan pelengkap sirup hijau dan kismis.</li>
