<p><strong>Resep Kue Kering | Kue Melinjo gurih</strong> | Sedikit penasaran pada saat lebaran kemarin menyicipi kue kering Melinjo. Hm, rasanya ternyata gurih. Kue kering melinjo bisa dibikin dalam bentuk apa saja, tergantung selera. Mungkin yang sedikit sulit adalah mencari bahan melinjo yang kini jarang dijual. Selamat mencoba <em>resep kue kering melinjo</em> berikut ini.</p>
<p>150 gr emping melinjo, goreng<br />Margarin untuk mengoles<br />200 gr tepung terigu<br /> baking powder<br /> sdt soda kue<br />150 gr margarin<br />100 gr gula kastor<br />1 sdt garam<br />2 kuning telur<br />1 kuning<br />1 kuning telur, untuk olesan</p>
<h3>Cara membuat kue kering melinjo</h3>
<ol>
<li>Haluskan emping goreng.Siapkan loyang kue kering, olesi margarin. Campur terigu, baking powder dan soda kue, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Kocok margarin, gula, dan garam sampai rata. Masukan kuning telur satu per satu sambil terus di kocok sampai lembut.</li>
<li>Campur telur ke dalam adonan kue bergantian dengan emping halus. Aduk dengan sendok kayu sampai rata.</li>
<li>Bentuk adonan bulat-bulat agar pipih.</li>
<li>Taruh di atas loyang, olesi kuning telur. Panggang selama 20 mnt, sampai masak.</li>
<li>Diamkan sampai kue dingin, simpan di dalam stoples.</li>

<p>Bahan:</p>

<li>3 lembar puff pastry siap pakai, tipiskan</li>
<li>1 telur, kocok untuk olesan pastry</li>
</ul>
<p>Cara membuatnya:</p>
<ol>
<li>Campur daging ayam cincang, parsley, telur, tepung roti sayuran beku, garam, merica dan saos tomat di mangkung besar.</li>
<li>Potong setiap lembar pastry menjadi 2 bagian.</li>
<li>Bagi adonan ayam menjadi 6 bagian. Taruh 1 bagian ayam di atas pastry, gulung dan rekatkan kedua sisinya dengan telur.</li>
<li>Lakukan sampai adonan ayam habis.</li>
<li>Panaskan oven 200 derajat celcius.</li>
<li>Potong pastry menjadi 4 bagian. Tandai bagian atas pastry ayam dengan pisau, olesi dengan telur.</li>
<li>Siapkan loyang, alasi dengan kertas alumunium. Panggang selama 15  20 menit.</li>
<li>Sajikan dengan saos tomat atau saos sambal.</li>

<p><strong>Bahan  bahan :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>30 gr tepung maizena</li>
<li>200 gr tepung terigu protein sedang</li>
<li>75 gr jagung manis pipil rebus, haluskan</li>
<li>30 gr keju cheddar parut</li>
<li>1/2 sdt garam</li>
<li>1/2 sdt kaldu ayam bubuk</li>
<li>30 gr margarin</li>
<li>1 butir telur, kocok lepas</li>
</ul>
<ol>
<li>Aduk bahan sampai menggumpal, giling dengan gilingan mie.</li>
<li>Mulai dari gilingan yang paling tebal ( nomor 1 ). setelah 2  3 kali giling, masukkan ke nomor 2. Giling lagi 2  3 kali.</li>
<li>Masukkan ke nomor 3, begitu seterusnya hingga di gilingan nomor 8.</li>
<li>Potong  potong bergerigi 10 x 1 1/2 cm.</li>
<li>Goreng dalam minyak yang telah di panaskan sampai matang.</li>
<li>Angkat dan tiriskan.</li>

<p><strong>CARA MEMASAK</strong> :</p>

<li> Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai harum. Masukkan cabai hijau, tomat dan garam.</li>
<li>Aduk lalu masukkan jagung manis. Aduk sampai merata. Tambahkan air. Masak sampai air mendidih. Masukkan sosis dan tambahkan kecap. Masak hingga sosis matang.</li>
