<p> <b>Cara membuat saosnya:</b><br />Bumbu yg sudah di haluskan tumis dengan minyak makan 1 sendok teh, setelah harum masukan air 2 sendok makan agar tidak gosong.masukan lagi kecap manis dan air jeruk nipis yg sudah di peras kemudian incipi apa bila kurang asin tambahkan garam sesuai selera. Penyajianya Ikan yg sudah di goreng letakna di piring letakan toge.kol yg sudah di rebus tadi bersama potongan seledri di atas ikan. Kemudian siramkan saos kacang tadi di atas sayuran dan terakhir taburkan kacang tahan kasar diatas sasayuran juga bawang goreng dan siap di makan.</p>
