<p><strong>Bahan  bahan :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>500 gr cumi segar, bersihkan</li>
<li>3 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>3 btr bawang merah</li>
<li>2 sdm saos tomat</li>
<li>1 sdm kecap jamur</li>
<li>1 sdt air jeruk nipis</li>
<li>1 sdt garam</li>
<li>1/2 sdt merica bubuk</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara memasak :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Haluskan bawang putih, bawang merah, lalu tambahkan saos tomat, kecap jamur, garam, merica bubuk, air jeruk nipis. Aduk rata.</li>
<li>Masukkan cumi, aduk hingga rata lalu simpan dalam lemari es selama 1 jam agar bumbu meresap.</li>
<li>Masak dalam wajan hingga setengah matang, angkat lalu panggang / bakar cumi hingga matang berwarna kuning kecoklatan.</li>
<li>Angkat dan sajikan dengan nasi hangat.</li>

<li>1 sendok makan air jeruk lemon</li>
<li>2 sendok makan tepung maizena</li>
<li>4 sendok makan minyak goreng untuk menumis</li>
<li>25 gram cabai merah kering, rendam air panas hingga lunak. Potong jadi 2</li>
<li>1 sendok teh gula pasir</li>
<li>1 sendok teh minyak wijen</li>
<li>2 batang daun bawang, iris tipis</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Tumis Cumi Cabai Kering:</strong></p>

<li>Masukkan cabai kering dan sisa bahan, aduk rata.</li>

<p><strong><span></span>Bahan :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Cumi segar, 250 gram, bersihkan kulit luarnya, potong bentuk kotak, kerat</li>
<li>Daun kucai, 1 batang, potong 1 cm</li>
<li>Cabai merah , 2 buah, buang bijinya, iris tipis</li>
<li>Air, 300 ml</li>
<li>Minyak goreng, 2 sendok makan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bumbu :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bawang putih, 2 siung, iris tipis</li>
<li>Kecap manis, 2 sendok makan</li>
<li>Merica bubuk, 1/2 sendok teh</li>
<li>Garam secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara membuat Cumi Bumbu Kecap :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih hingga harum.</li>
<li>Masukkan cumi, masak hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan daun kucai dan cabai merah.</li>
<li>Tuangkan air, masukkan kecap manis, merica bubuk dan garam. Masak hingga matang, angkat. Sajikan.</li>
</ol>

Untuk pengolahan cumi usahakan jangan terlalu lama karena daging cumi akan menjadi liat.</p>
