<li>2 kg ikan bandeng segar (2 ekor)</li>
<li>5 helai daun salam</li>
<li>100 kecap manis</li>
<li>Garam</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu yang disembam:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>15 siung bawang merah</li>
<li>4 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>6 buah cabai merah</li>
<li>2 jari kunyit, iris tipis</li>
<li>3 mata asam</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Bandeng Bumbu Kecap:</strong></p>
<p><span></span></p>
<ol>
<li>Siangi bandeng dan cuci bersih, potong bandeng masing  masing menjadi 4 bagian, bersihkan bumbu yang sudah disembam dan potong kasar.</li>
<li>Ungkep bandeng, bumbu sembam, daun salam, kecap dan garam sampai ikan kaku dan berwarna kuning.</li>
<li>Pindahkan adonan ke dalam panci tekan. Tambahkan 4 gelas air ke dalam panci tekan.</li>
<li>Lalu masak selama 45 menit (setelah berbunyi) sampai bandeng matang dan empuk. Sajikan panas.</li>

<p><span><span>k.<span> </span></span></span><span>Garam, gula pasir secukupnya</span></p>

<p><strong><span>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Telur Lipat Asam Manis:</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span><span></span></span></strong></p>
<p><span><span>1.<span> </span></span></span><span>Kocok telur, daun bawang, garam, merica bubuk hingga tercampur rata.</span></p>
<p><span><span>2.<span> </span></span></span><span>Panaskan minyak di atas pan dadar. Tuang sedikit adonan telur, ratakan.</span></p>
<p><span><span>3.<span> </span></span></span><span>Setelah setengah matang, lipat telur, angkat.</span></p>
<p><span><span>4.<span> </span></span></span><span>Tuang kembali sedikit adonan sampai setengah matang, letakkan telur yang sudah dilipat dibagian pinggir dadar. Lipat kembali, angkat.</span></p>
<p><span><span>5.<span> </span></span></span><span>Tuang kembali sedikit adonan, lakukan hal yang sama hingga adonan berlapis. Masak hingga matang. Angkat.</span></p>
<p><span><span>6.<span> </span></span></span><span>Saus Asam Manis: panaskan mentega, tumis bawang bombay, bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan daging giling, masak hingga berubah warna.</span></p>
<p><span><span>7.<span> </span></span></span><span>Tambahkan saus tomat, saus sambal, air, garam, air jeruk nipis, gula pasir. Masak hingga matang. Beri daun bawang, kacang polong. Aduk rata, angkat.</span></p>
<p><span><span>8.<span> </span></span></span><span>Potong-potong telur, letakkan di atas piring saji, siram dengan saus asam manis. Sajikan.</span></p>
