<p><strong>Cara Mengolah:</strong></p>
<p>1. Tumis bawang hingga harum, masukkan udang galah dan aduk hingga berubah warna.</p>
<p>2. Masukkan kapri, wortel, dan sawi putih, kemudian aduk rata.</p>
<p>3. Dalam sebuah mangkok, aduk saus tiram, kecap ikan, garam, merica, dan air, kemudian tuangkan dalam wajan dan aduk pula hingga semua matang.</p>

<p><strong>Cara Mengolah:</strong></p>
<p>1. Bersihkan bunga kol, cuci dan potong. Bersihkan sawi hijau dan potong kasar. Potong daging panjang-panjang. Kupas udang, cuci dan direbus.</p>
<p>2. Memarkan bawang putih lalu tumis dan masukkan daging dan udang. Tumis sampai harum lalu masukkan 1 gelas kaldu udang.</p>
<p>3. Masukkan bumbu lain dan rebus sampai daging agak lunak. Terakhir, masukkan bunga kol, bila sudah hampir masak, tambahkan sawi hijau dan daun bawang.</p>

<p><strong>Cara Mengolah:</strong></p>
<p>1. Cuci bersih buncis, dan buang seratnya lalu potong serong. Kupas wortel and potong-potong sebesar korek api.</p>
<p>2. Iris tipis bawang merah dan bawang putih. Potong tomat menjadi 8 bagian. Cuci dan potong kecil rempela.</p>
<p>3. Cacah halus bawang bombay dan jahe.</p>
<p>4. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, dan bawang bombay sampai harum. Masukkan jahe dan rempela kemudian aduk hingga rata.</p>
<p>5. Masukkan buncis, wortel, tomat, lada, dan garam. Aduk kemudian tutup sampai matang.</p>

<p>1. Bersihkan ikan tenggiri dan buang isi perut serta insangnya. Cuci lalu potong menjadi beberapa bagian sesuai selera.</p>
<p>2. Buang isi cabai hijau dan iris serong. Buang tangkai cabai rawit, cuci, dan potong-potong. Parut kelapa dan jadikan 1 gelas santan kental.</p>
<p>3. Kupas kulit bawang merah dan bawang putih, lalu tumbuk bersama ketumbar, daun jeruk purut, dan garam secukupnya sampai halus.</p>
<p>4. Campur semua bahan menjadi satu, dan aduk dengan sempurna. Taruh diatas daun pisang dan bungkus.</p>

<p>1. Haluskan ketumbar, bawang putih, cabai merah, daun jeruk, gula pasir, dan garam secukupnya. Campur bumbu yang telah dihaluskan dengan daging ayam giling dan kelapa parut. Aduk sampai rata dan bagi-bagi menurut selera.</p>
<p>2. Bersihkan daun pepaya kemudian rebus setengah matang. Angkat dan tiriskan. Bungkus adonan ayam kelapa yang telah dibagi-bagi tadi dengan daun pepaya. Kukus sampai matang.</p>
<p>3. Untuk membuat kuah, haluskan bawang merah, bawang putih, kemiri, kunyit, cabai merah, dan tumis sampai matang dan harum. Masukkan lengkuas, daun salam, santan, dan garam. Aduk perlahan hingga mendidih, kemudian masukkan cabai rawit dan ayam bungkus. Didihkan lagi, angkat, dan hidangkan.</p>

<p><strong>Cara Mengolah:</strong></p>
<p>1. Haluskan bawang putih.</p>
<p>2. Cincang halus bawang bombay.</p>
<p>3. Campur daging ayam giling, bawang putih, bawang bombay, lada, pala, garam dan telur. Aduk hingga rata.</p>
<p>4. Bentuk bulat pipih sampai adonan habis.</p>
<p>5. Panaskan minyak dalam teflon datar, goreng daging tersebut hingga kecoklatan. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit, masak hingga kuah menjadi agak kental.</p>

<p>1. Rendam ayam yang sudah dipotong dengan bumbu yang berupa 7 siung bawang putih dan garam, dihaluskan dan dicampur dengan air jeruk nipis. Rendam selama 3 jam.</p>
<p>2. Tumis bawang bombay dan sisa bawang putih yang diiris tipis.</p>
<p>3. Campur semua bahan menjadi satu, termasuk bawang yang sudah ditumis. Bungkus ayam yang sudah dicampur bumbu dan sayuran yang sudah dipotong dalam aluminium foil (dapat dijadikan 3 atau 4 bungkus).</p>
<p>4. Panggang dalam oven dengan suhu 500F selama 25 menit.</p>
<p>5. Hidangkan dengan tambahan jamur dan irisan wortel.</p>
