<p>Dimalam yang dingin seperti ini, selain kebersamaan bareng pacar atau keluarga, yang dapat menghangatkan suasana adalah hidangan berkuah panas segar untuk mencairkan suasana dingin, yaitu <strong>makan Soto Bangkong</strong>. <strong>Soto Bangkong</strong> merupakan <strong>masakan berkuah</strong> yang satu rumpun dengan<strong> masakan Soto</strong> pada umumnya. Meski diklaim milik daerah tertentu, pada dasarnya masakan Soto hampirlah sama baik dari <strong>Bahan soto</strong> hingga cara pengolahannya. <strong>Resep Soto bangkong</strong> ada dibawah (silahkan baca atau kopi peis). Dan sebagai feedback, mohon reviewnya setelah anda berhasil <strong>memasak Soto Bangkong</strong> ya. Soale saya belum sempat mbuat.Hehe. Semoga bermanfaat. </p>
<h2>Bahan Soto Bangkong</h2>

<li>500 gr daging sapi, potong dadu sedang</li>
<li>1.5 ltr air</li>
<li>8 bh bawang merah, iris halus, kemudian digoreng</li>
<li>2 lbr daun salam</li>
<li>2 btg serai, ambil putihnya saja, memarkan</li>
<li>3 cm lengkuas, memarkan</li>
<li>8 lbr daun jeruk</li>
<li>5 sdm kecap manis</li>
<li>3 sdm bawang goreng, utk taburan</li>
<li>1 sdm merica bubuk</li>
<li>garam secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<h3>Cara memasak Soto Bangkong</h3>
<ul>
<li>Campur daging, air, bawang merah goreng, daun salam, serai, lengkuas dan daun jeruk, masak hingga mendidih</li>
<li>tambahkan garam, merica bubuk dan kecap manis</li>
<li>masak sampai daging empuk dan matang</li>
<li>kemudian angkat, sajikan bersama bawang goreng</li>
</ul>

<li>Mi telur kering atau indomie rebus beri sedikit minyak</li>
<li> ekor ayam</li>
<li>1 kaleng jamur kancing kalengan potong 2</li>
<li>Sawi hijau rebus</li>
<li>Taoge direbus</li>
<li>Bawang merah goreng</li>
<li>Daun bawang potong halus</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Bumbu:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>3 siung bawang putih haluskan</li>
<li>1 buah bawang bombai dipotong-potong</li>
<li>2 cm jahe</li>
<li>3 sendok makan kecap asin</li>
<li>Garam, merica</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Mi Soto Jamur:</strong></p>
<p><strong><span></span><br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Didihkan ayam dengan 2  liter air untuk membuah kaldu, setelah didih ayam matang, matikan api. Biarkan ayam di dalam kaldu  jam, angkat ayam, suwir-suwir.</li>
<li>Tumis bawang putih, jahe dan bawang bombai sampai harum dengan mentega, masukkan ke dalam kaldu, didihkan kembali tambahkan jamur. Masak sampai mendidih tambahkan garam, merica, kecap asin.</li>
<li>Sajikan dengan susun dalam mangkuk, mi sayuran, ayam suwir, beri kuah jamur, taburi bawang goreng dan daun bawang.</li>

<p><strong>Sambal:</strong></p>
<p>Cabai merah besar 1 buah iris tipis tambahkan kecap asin 2 sendok makan.</p>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat Resep Masakan Soto Betawi:</strong></p>

<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis semua bumbu halus sampai harum. Tambahkan daging, jerohan dan bumbu yang lain, aduk sampai berubah warna.</li>
<li>Tambahkan kaldu dan masak sampai mendidih. Tuangkan santan dan masak kembali sampai kuah agak mengental.</li>
<li>Siapkan mangkuk saji, masukkan daging, jerohan, seledri, daun bawang dan tomat. Tuangkan kuah soto, taburi bawang merah goreng dan emping.</li>
<li>Hidangkan segera selagi panas.</li>

Soto ayam termasuk masakan berkuah yang secara umum mudah dalam hal penyajian baik bahan maupun bumbunya yang mudah didapat dipasar tradisional. Inilah resep Soto ayam yang Yanti cari-cari.<br /><span></span><br /><strong>Bahan :</strong><br />
    * 1 ekor ayam (yang agak besar)<br />
    * 4 btg Daun bawang (potong kecil  kecil)<br />
    * 3 btg Seledri (potong kecil  kecil)<br />
    * 2 sdm Kecap manis<br />
    * 1/2 sdt Cuka<br />
    * 100 gr Keripik kentang<br />
    * 100 gr Soun (rendam air panas, tiriskan)<br />
    * 4 btr Telur ayam (direbus, kulitnya dikupas)<br />
    * 2 sdm Bawang goreng<br />
    * Bumbu penyedap dan minyak goreng secukupnya</p>
<p><strong>Bumbu yang dihaluskan :</strong><br />
    * 5 siung Bawang merah<br />
    * 8 siung Bawang putih<br />
    * 1/2 jari Jahe<br />
    * 1 sdt Merica<br />
    * Garam secukupnya    </p>
<h2>Cara Memasak Soto Ayam :</h2>
<p>    * Ayam direbus hingga empuk, pisahkan dari kaldunya.<br />
    * Ambil kaldu secukupnya  2 1/2 liter.<br />
    * Potong ayam tipis  tipis, goreng hingga setengah kering, tiriskan.<br />
    * Bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan ditumis sampai harum.<br />
    * Tambahkan kaldu ayam, masak hingga mendidih.<br />
    * Tambahkan daun bawang, kecap, cuka dan bumbu penyedap, aduk sebentar dan angkat.<br />
    * Taruh soun, ayam, dan telur dalam mangkok.<br />
    * Beri kuah kaldu ayam tadi, taburi bawang goreng dan irisan seledri.<br />
    * Tambahkan air jeruk nipis, sajikan dengan keripik kentang.</p>
<p><strong>Sambal Soto</strong> :<br />
Haluskan bumbu yang terdiri dari :<br />
    * 5 buah Cabe merah kecil (direbus)<br />
    * 10 buah Cabe rawit (direbus)<br />
    * 3 btr Kemiri (digoreng)<br />
    * 1 siung Bawang putih (digoreng)<br />
    * Tambahkan garam dan gula pasir secukupnya.<br />
    * Tambahkan air  4 sdm, siap disajikan dengan soto.</p>

Aduk rata. Tambahkan sisa tepung beras, sagu, garam, dan air kapur sirih serta air biasa. Aduk hingga menjadi adonan. Buat dadar tipis-tipis, angkat lalu digulung. Potong-potong, sisihkan. Perkedel bawang: 300 g (19,5 ons) kentang, dikupas dan dipotong kasar 1 kuning telur 50 g (3/4 ons) keju Cheddar 3 butir bawang merah, iris halus 2 sendok makan irisan parsley 1 sendok makan tepung (all-purpose) 2 sendok makan minyak sayur Mata Sapi dan Tomat: 2 sendok makan minyak sayur 1 siung bawang putih, potong kasar 3 buah tomat Roma, potong-potong mentega untuk menggoreng 4 butir telur Cara Membuat: Rebus kentang dengan air garam hingga lunak. Keringkan Lunakkan kentang dengan kuning telur, keju, bawang merah, parsley, dan bumbu penyedap. Bagi menjadi 4 potongan perkedel. Liputi dengan tepung. Tutup dan dinginkan selama 30 menit dalam pendingin Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang. Goreng perkedel selama 4-5 menit sampai kecoklatan Pada kuali yang lain, panaskan minyak dengan api kecil. Tambahkan bawang putih dan tumis selama 2 menit. <p><span>Mata Sapi dan Tomat:</span><br />2 sendok makan minyak sayur<br />1 siung bawang putih, potong kasar<br />3 buah tomat Roma, potong-potong<br />mentega untuk menggoreng<br />4 butir telur</p>
<p><span>Cara Membuat:</span>
<ol>
<li>Rebus kentang dengan air garam hingga lunak. Keringkan</li>
<li>  Lunakkan kentang dengan kuning telur, keju, bawang merah, parsley, dan bumbu penyedap.</li>
<li>     Bagi menjadi 4 potongan perkedel. Liputi dengan tepung.</li>
<li>     Tutup dan dinginkan selama 30 menit dalam pendingin</li>
<li>  Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang. Goreng perkedel selama 4-5 menit sampai kecoklatan</li>
<li>  Pada kuali yang lain, panaskan minyak dengan api kecil.</li>
<li>     Tambahkan bawang putih dan tumis selama 2 menit. Tambahkan tomat lalu goreng selama 10-15 menit</li>
<li>  Buat mata sapi pada kuali lain</li>
<li>  Hidangkan perkedel dengan tomat dan mata sapi</li>
</ol>
