<p>Satu lagi hidangan sambal goreng hadir. Kemarin kita sudah bahas <strong>sambal goreng udang kentang</strong>, maka kini <strong>resep sambal goreng hati kentang</strong> adalah varian dari sambel goreng berikutnya. Bumbu dan rempah hampir sama dengan <strong>sambal goreng udang kentang</strong>, yang diganti cuma udang menjadi bahan daging hati (sapi ataupun kambing). Hidangan <strong>sambal goreng hati kentang</strong> ini cucok disajikan panas-panas disaat musim dingin seperti saat ini. Pokoknya maknyuss dah!</p>
<p><strong>Bahan :</strong><br />250 gr hati sapi, potong dadu.<br />250 gr kentang potong dadu, goreng.<br />50 gr kapri<br />5 bh cabe merah besar haluskan.<br />2 bh bawang putih, haluskan<br />8 bh bawang merah, iris tipis<br />2 bh cabe merah besar, buang biji, iris halus<br />1 ruas lengkuas, pukul<br />2 lbr daun salam<br />1 btg sereh<br />1 sdt garam<br />200 ml santan</p>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat :</strong><br />Tumis bawang merah iris hingga layu, masukkan cabe halus dan bawang putih halus, tumis terus hingga wangi. Masukkan daun salam, sereh dan lengkuas. Aduk rata.<br />Masukkan hati sapi, aduk dan masak terus hingga hati berubah warna dan matang. Tuangi santan, biarkan mendidih.<br />Masukkan kentang dan cabe iris, aduk rata, taurkan kapri, aduk kemudian angkat.</p>
<p><strong>Tips : </strong><br />Dalam keadaan masak jumlah banyak, hati sapi bisa direbus terlebih dahulu bersama garam, daun salam dan daun jeruk purut.</p>

<p><strong><em>Cara membuat :</em></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Gulingkan kacang mete pada tepung terigu secara merata</li>
<li>Goreng dengan minyak panas sedang</li>
<li>Angkat jika sudah berwarna kuning kecoklatan, sisihkan</li>
<li>Campur jadi satu : air, cuka, cabai merah iris, garam, gula dan irisan mangga, aduk rata</li>
<li>Diamkan sampai bumbu meresap</li>
<li>Sajikan dengan cara menaburkan kacang mete diatas sambal mangga</li>

<p>Bagi Anda yang penasaran gimana <strong>cara membuat abon sapi</strong>, tidak ada salahnya kalau mengikut <strong>resep abon sapi </strong>dibawah ini. Kwalitas Abon daging sapi sangat tergantung pada kualitas daging sapi itu sendiri. Pilihlah daging yang tidak banyak lemaknya dan jaringan ikat atau biasa dikenal dengan otot sapi.</p>
<h3>Bahan Abon Daging Sapi :</h3>
<ul>
<li>daging sapi tanpa lemak dan urat 1 kg, potong kasar</li>
<li>air 3 liter</li>
<li>santan 250 ml dari 1 butir kelapa</li>
<li>daun salam 2 lembar</li>
<li>lengkuas 1 cm, memarkan</li>
<li>minyak goreng 500 ml</li>
</ul>
<h4>Bumbu Halus Abon Daging Sapi</h4>
<ul>
<li>bawang merah 6 butir</li>
<li>bawang putih 3 siung</li>
<li>kunyit 2 cm, bakar</li>
<li>air asam 1 sendok teh</li>
<li>cabai rawit 3 buah</li>
<li>ketumbar 1/2 sendok teh</li>
<li>gula merah secukupnya</li>
<li>garam secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<h5>Cara Membuat Abon Daging Sapi</h5>
<ol>
<li>Didihkan air dan garam. Masukkan daging sapi, masak hingga daging lunak. Angkat.</li>
<li>Iris tipis daging dan pukul-pukul dengan alat pemukul daging hingga memar atau parut halus.</li>
<li>Panaskan 2 sdm minyak, tumis bumbu halus, dan salam dan lengkuas hingga Masukkan daging, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang santan, masak dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk hingga kering.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, goreng adonan daging hingga kering. Angkat dan tiriskan.</li>
<li>Pres atau peras hingga minyaknya tiris. Pisahkan adonan abon dengan garpu agar tidak menggumpal.</li>
<li>Siap disajikan.</li>
</ol>

<li> Goreng dendeng sebentar. Sisihkan.</li>

<p>Bahan  :</span>

<li>1 sdm tepung terigu</li>
<li>2 batang daun bawang, iris halus</li>
<li>125 ml air</li>
<li>300 gr tempe, iris tipis melebar</li>
<li>minyak goreng secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<p><span>Bumbu :</span>
<ul>
<li>2 siung bawang putih</li>
<li>1 butir bawang merah</li>
<li>1 sdt ketumbar</li>
<li>2 sdt garam</li>
</ul>
<p><span>Cara membuat :</span>
<ol>
<li>Haluskan Bumbu.Aduk tepung dengan bumbu yang dihaluskan, daun bawang dan air hingga rata.</li>
<li>Celupkan tiap potong tempe dalam adonan tepung. Goreng dalam minyak panas dan banyak hingga adonan tepung matang, tetapi tidak sampai kering. Angkat, tiriskan.</li>
<li>Sajikan bersama cabai rawit atau sambal kecap.</li>

<p><strong>Bahan Sambal Cabuk Rambak :</strong></p>

<li> Wijen, 150 gram, sangrai, tumbuk halus</li>
<li> Daun jeruk purut, 3 lembar, iris tipis</li>
<li> Bawang putih, 4 siung</li>
<li> Kencur, 1 cm</li>
<li> Kemiri, 2 butir, sangrai</li>
<li> Merica bubuk, 1/2 sendok teh</li>
<li> Garam, secukupnya</li>
<li> Gula pasir, 1/2 sendok teh</li>
<li> Air, 2 sendok makan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara membuat Cabuk Rambak :</strong></p>
<ol>
<li> Sambal : Tumbuk bawang putih, kencur, kemiri, merica, garam dan gula pasir hingga halus.</li>
<li> Tambahkan wijen dan daun jeruk, aduk hingga rata. Tambahkan air, aduk kembali hingga rata.</li>
<li> Ambil daun pisang, bentuk pincuk. Letakkan ketupat di atasnya.</li>
<li> Tuang sambal secukupnya.</li>
<li> Sajikan dengan karak / kerupuk puli.</li>

<p><strong>Cara membuat Sambal Ijo :</strong></p>

<li>Campur cabai hijau, bawang merah, bawang putih, dan tomat. Kukus selama 5 menit. Angkat dan tumbuk kasar.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak, tumis sambal hingga layu dan harum.</li>
<li>Tambahkan garam, gula, dan air jeruk, aduk rata. Masak hingga sambal matang dan harum. Angkat dan sajikan.</li>
