<p>Mestinya resep ini dinamakan <strong>Yellownies Kukus Keju</strong>, bukan <strong>Brownies Kukus keju</strong>. Yup, karena warnanya bukan coklat, melainkan kuning. Tadinya Yanti pikir ini <strong>resep martabak bangka</strong>, eh kok jadinya <strong>resep brownies kukus keju</strong> yang gak nyambung, hehehe. Daripada bengong dan becanda terus, lebih baik coba aja <strong>resep brownies kukus keju</strong> gak nyambung ini dirumah ahOiya, jangan lupa dibaca juga resep brownies kukus spesial lainnya. Makin betah deh didapur!</p>
<h2>Bahan dan resep brownies kukus keju</h2>
<p><strong>Bahan A</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 2 butir kuning telur</li>
<li> 2 butir telur utuh</li>
<li> 100 gram gula pasir</li>
<li> 1/2 sdt vanilla extract</li>
<li> 1/2 sdm emulsifier (aku gak pernah pakai emulsifier)</li>
<li> 1/2 sdt garam</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bahan B</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 75 gram tepung terigu protein sedang</li>
<li> 25 gram susu bubuk</li>
<li> 20 gram maizena</li>
<li> 1/2 sdt baking powder</li>
<li> Aduk rata</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bahan C </strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 25 gram butter</li>
<li> 85 ml minyak sayur</li>
<li> lelehkan</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bahan D</strong></p>
<ul>
<li> 50 gram keju cheddar, potong dadu (taburi terigu 1 sdm supaya kejunya tidak tenggelam di adonan)</li>
</ul>
<h4>Cara membuat brownies kukus keju</h4>
<ul>
<li> Panaskan kukusan. Olesi alas loyang 30104 cm dengan minyak atau butter lalu pasang kertas roti dan oles lagi. Dinding loyang tidak perlu dioles.</li>
<li>Kocok Bahan A (kecuali garam) hingga kental berjejak, tambahkan garam, kocok lagi sebentar.</li>
<li>Ayakkan Bahan B ke Bahan A.</li>
<li>Taburkan Bahan D, lalu aduk rata. (Keju diaduk bersama bahan kering supaya tidak mudah tenggelam. Pastikan keju terbalut tepung)</li>
<li>Tuangkan Bahan C ke adonan, aduk hingga benar-benar rata.</li>
<li>Tuang ke loyang lalu masukkan ke dalam kukusan yang telah berasap.</li>
<li>Kukus dengan api yang tidak terlalu besar selama kurang lebih 40-45 menit.</li>
<li>Setelah matang, oles dengan mentega kocok atau buttercream lalu  parutkan keju di atasnya.</li>

<li>4 bh Cabai Rawit, Iris halus</li>
<li>3 btg Daun Bawang, iris halus</li>
<li>3 btg Daun Seledri, iris kasar</li>
<li>Minyak goreng secukupnya</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Bumbu Halus:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1 sdt Garam Halus</li>
<li>7 btr Bawang Merah</li>
<li>5 Siung Bawang Putih</li>
<li>1/2 sdt Lada Halus</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara Membuat:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Iris kasar jagung manis.</li>
<li>Hancurkan tahu hingga lembut</li>
<li>Campurkan jagung manis, tahu, tepung terigu, tepung beras, daun bawang, daun seledri, telur, air, cabai rawit, dan bumbu halus, aduk rata.</li>
<li>Tuang 2 sdm pada pan dadar kecil, lebarkan adonan bentuk bulat, masak sebentar sampai bakwan tahu jagung menyatu.</li>
<li>Panaskan minyak di atas bara api sedang, masukkan bakwan, goreng hingga bakwan tahu jagung berwarna kuning kecoklatan.</li>
<li>Angkat dan sajikan bakwan tahu jagung selagi panas dengan cabai rawit.</li>

<p>Snack ini bisa disajikan di menu selingan pesta karena bisa memberikan kesan yang istimewa dan eksklusif. Jadi jika anda ingin menyelenggarakan pesta dirumah, sajikan menu spesial ini.</p>
<p>Bahan :<br />
- 160 gr mentega tawar<br />
- 250 gr dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong<br />
- 50ml air hangat<br />
- 1/2 sdt cokelat pasta<br />
- 4 kuning telur<br />
- 100 gr gula pasir halus<br />
- 75 gr tepung terigu protein sedang<br />
- 25 gr cokelat bubuk<br />
- 4 putih telur<br />
- 1/4 sdt garam<br />
- 50 gr gula pasir halus</p>
<p>Bahan Toping :<br />
- 100 ml krim kental<br />
- 150 gr dark cooking chocolate, potong-potong<br />
- 15 gr mentega tawar</p>
<p>Cara Membuat :<br />
1. Cake : panaskan mentega tawar. Matikan api. Tambahkan potongan dark chocolate. Aduk sampai larut. Tuang air hangat dan cokelat pasta. Aduk rata. Sisihkan.<br />
2. Kocok kuning telur dan gula pasir halus sampai mengembang. Tuang campuran mentega tawar sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok perlahan.<br />
3. Masukkan tepung terigu, cokelat bubuk, baking powder, dan almond bubuk sambil diayak dan diaduk rata. Sisihkan.<br />
4. Kocok putih telur dan garam sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula pasir halus sedikit-sedikit sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.<br />
5. Tuang sedikit-sedikit ke campuran tepung terigu sambil diaduk perlahan.<br />
6. Tuang di cetakan muffin pendek lebar yang dialas cup kertas warna emas atau silver.<br />
7. Oven 25 menit dengan suhu 180 derajat Ceslcius sampai matang.<br />
8. Topping : panaskan krim kental. Masukkan potongan dark cooking chocolate. Aduk sampai larut. Angkat.<br />
9. Tambahkan mentega tawar. Aduk rata. Biarkan agak kental dalam lemari es.<br />
10. Oles topping diatas permukaan cake secara tidak beraturan.</p>

<p><strong>Cara Membuat:<br /></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Didihkan air, masukkan iga dengan lengkuas, daun salam, daun jeruk, garam, dan bumbu penyedap. Rebus hingga daging empuk. Sisihkan.</li>
<li>Masukkan bumbu saus iga, tambahkan 300 ml kaldu dari rebusan iga, masak dengan api kecil hingga kaldu mengental.</li>
<li>Buat kuah: masukkan bumbu kuah ke dalam wajan, tambahkan 300 ml kaldu rebusan iga, rebus hingga mendidih.</li>
<li>Olesi iga dengan sausnya lalu bakar hingga harum. Hidangkan dengan nasi hangat dan kuah iga bakar.</li>

		<description><![CDATA[ Bahan : Lobak putih  6 kg Cabe merah  10 batang (sesuai selera) Bahan Penyedap: Garam  300 gr Kecap asin 2 sm Gula 5 sm (sesuai selera) Minyak wijen  5 sm Cuka 1 mangkuk. Cara membuat : Lobak putih dicuci bersih, kemudian bersama kulitnya dirajang tipis-tipis, kemudian aduk rata dengan garam. Masukkan ke dalam kantongan plastik, lalu dipres (ditekan dengan benda berat ) selama 48 jam. Setelah itu kantong tersebut diberi beberapa lubang kecil, agar cairannya keluar hingga kering. Ulangi  proses ini sekali lagi. Setelah air garam keluar semua,  maka siap untuk diolah. Cabe merah dipotong-potong bentuk dadu. Masak bersama kecap asin, gula  dan minyak wijen dengan api kecil sambil diaduk merata. Matikan api, kemudian masukkan cuka putih, aduk rata. Setelah dingin, masukkan lobak yang sudah ditiriskan, aduk rata. Kemudian masukkan ke dalam botol, siap untuk dinikmati. Catatan : Legenda di kalangan rakyat Tiongkok mengatakan, “Musim dingin mengonsumsi lobak, musim panas mengonsumsi jahe, tidak usah merepotkan dokter membuka resep obat lagi.” Lobak mempunyai khasiat menambah nafsu makan, memperbaiki pencernaan, melancarkan buang air kecil, membersihkan dan menghilangkan racun dan panas dalam tubuh, memperbaiki sembelit, merawat dan mempercantik wajah, mempercepat  metabolisme, meningkatkan kekebalan tubuh  dan anti kanker . Lobak harganya murah dan bermanfaat untuk kesehatan. Boleh sering-sering mengonsumsinya. Meskipun telah diolah  menjadi asinan,  komposisi gizi yang terkandung di dalam lobak misalnya minyak mostar yang bisa menambah nafsu makan dan amylase yang berkhasiat memperbaiki pencernaan, masih  tetap terkandung dalamnya. <li>2 btr      telur</li>
<li>60 gr     mentega putih</li>
<li>15 gr     garam</li>
<li>475 ml   air es </li>
</ul>
<p><span>Cara membuatnya:</span></p>
<ol>
<li>Dalam wadah satukan tepung terigu, gula pasir, ragi instant, dan susu bubuk, aduk rata. Beri telur, dan tuangi air es secara bertahap sambil diuleni hingga tercampur rata dan bergumpal-gumpal. </li>
<li>Masukkan mentega putih dan garam, lanjutkan menguleni hingga adonan kalis elastis. Bulatkan dan istirahatkan 30 menit.  </li>
<li>Kempiskan adonan dengan cara ditinju, lalu bagi adonan masing-masing 550gr. Bulatkan, lalu gilas, dan gulung padat memanjang. Taruh dalam loyang loaf yang sudah dioles minyak atau mentega putih. Diamkan selama 60 menit, hingga mengembang. Poles bagian atasnya dengan campuran telur dan susu (1 btr telur, 2 sdm susu segar,  sdt garam, kocok lepas) </li>
<li>Panggang dalam oven selama 20 menit, atau hingga matang permukaannya kuning kecoklatan. Keluarkan dari oven, poles segera bagian atasnya dengan butter.</li>
