<p><strong>Cara membuat :</strong></p>

<li>Panasin minyak, tumis bumbu halus sampe wangi, masukan serai, lengkuas, terus tumis sampe pekat, angkat &amp; sisihkan.</li>
<li>Didihkan air, masukin potongan ayam, telur rebus, sledri, garam, gula &amp; tumisan bumbu. Kecilkan api.</li>
<li>Tiriskan telur &amp; ayam, setelah dingin disuwir2 ato diiris tipis, telur dibelah2, sisihkan.</li>
<li>Masukin irisan daun prei ke dalam rebusan kaldu, besarkan api ke medium.</li>

<li>10 siung bawang putih, iris tipis &amp; jadikan bawang putih goreng</li>

<li>Cara:</li>
<li>Tumbuk bawang putih goreng dan krupuk jadi satu sampe halus, aduk2 untuk meratakan. Siap dipake untuk taburan.</li>
